a.k.a. the youth

my smallest crew by far, consisting of only two characters, kielo's farm (a.k.a. moonlight blooms farm) is the story of two young best friends slowly realizing they have feelings for each other.

• Kielo lives on a farm with her grandparents. She has always loved animals and growing things, and is more comfortable outside barefoot running through the grass than sitting inside a stuffy living room. She often finishes her chores quickly, takes a book and a sandwich for lunch to the meadow near the horse pasture, and will read aloud to the horses until it’s time to head in for supper.

• Hadley is Kielo’s best friend who lives in town, but visits whenever possible to help Kielo out on the farm. She is also fascinated by growing things and animals, and is starting to develop a crush on her friend, who she thinks is the smartest person she knows. Little does she know Kielo is also harboring a crush on her.
